Noluvuyo Xaba

I would describe myself as a resilient, determined and zealous person. I am studying for my postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) at Stadio in 2024 and was fortunate to be sponsored by YES Trust who also assisted me in my undergraduate degree, a BA in English and Dramatic Arts.

After graduating with my BA, I found a job as a facilitator at a primary school and volunteered as a tutor for high school students at Durban Child and Youth Care Centre.  This gave me a deep sense of purpose that contributed to my passion for teaching, and I was determined to qualify as a teacher and YES Trust is making this possible. 

I am so grateful for their support and enabling me to make a contribution to our youth.
